It will take you three minutes to read this text and less than a minute to make a decision that may, or may not, stay with you. It takes less than five minutes to change a child’s life forever. Before arriving in Bali, we already had the desire to get involved in a humanitarian project, without knowing exactly how or where. Through meaningful encounters, we were guided to the Gianyar orphanage, YAPPENATIM — a name far gentler than the reality it represents. Ten years later, the results are positive, with significantly improved living conditions. However, the work is ongoing, as we continue to provide essential hygiene products and basic necessities every month. To support this initiative, we created a boutique within United Colors of Bali Yoga Resort, in collaboration with local Balinese artisans. The proceeds from sales directly help fund our actions. Today, thanks to the power of the internet and your generosity, we are able to expand this boutique and develop long-term projects such as training programs, sewing workshops, and vegetable farming.
